Company profile

Lite+

Your company’s profile — name, contact, GST, logo and address — plus the organisational structure (branches, departments, positions) the rest of the system hangs off.

When to use

During setup, or when company details, a branch or a role changes.

Step by step

Company Settings form
1. Your company profile — name, contact, GST, logo and address. It opens straight to the form; there's only one.
Manage Subscription (toolbar button)
2. Manage Subscription handles your plan and licence level.
Branches / Departments / Positions (Company sub-group)
3. Set up your branches, departments and positions here — positions decide what new employees are allowed to do by default.
Save (toolbar button)
4. Save your company details.

Every field

Company Settings is a single record (the tenant) — open it from Settings → Company → Company Settings and it goes straight to the form.
