When to use

On the factory floor, to start a task, switch jobs, record what’s done, and account for the day’s time.

Step by step

Signed-in header — worker name, unclaimed minutes, Claim Timeout — 1. Sign in with Select Worker and your PIN (2026 on the demo). The board now shows your name, your unclaimed minutes and a claim timer.

Task columns with a play button (▶) per job — 2. Each job's production tasks run across to the right. Press ▶ in a task column to clock onto that task live. You can run more than one at once.

Press ▶ on a task to clock on — 3. Clocking on starts a live timer against that task — the cell shows it's running, and your unclaimed-minutes count starts to clear.

Stop All — 4. Stop All clocks off everything at once, splits your time across the tasks you ran, and asks how each one finished — done, on hold, or not started.

My Tasks (tab) — 5. My Tasks shows everything you've claimed today.

Additional Task (toolbar button) — 6. For non-job work — training, cleaning, a meeting — log it as an Additional Task: pick the task type and minutes, add a note, then Submit.
