The tasks are the production steps for the part — Site Measure, Order Metal / Hardware / Glass, Paperwork, Metal Received, and so on. Each tracks its status, planned vs actual hours, percentage complete and who last claimed it.

Tasks grid (Task Definition, Status, Planned Hours, Actual Hours, Percentage Complete, Last Claimed) — 2. Each task has a status, planned vs actual hours, percentage complete and who last claimed it.

Status / Percentage Complete / Last Claimed — 3. Workers claim and progress these tasks on the Job Manager dashboard — the hours and percentages here update as they do.
