The job’s parts

A job is delivered as one or more parts. Each part is a self-contained unit of work with its own items, production tasks, delivery date and value. Simple jobs have a single Main part; larger jobs split into several.

Step by step

Parts (tab)
1. The Parts tab breaks the job into its deliverable parts — most jobs have one Main part, larger ones split into several.
Parts grid (Display Name, Status, Production Status, Sales Price, Start Date, Delivery Date)
2. Each part shows its status, where it's up to in production, its value and its delivery date.
A part row (open it)
3. Open a part to manage its items, production tasks and delivery.
