Attach paperwork to a job

Attach the drawings, worksheets and notes a job needs — from the office to the shop floor — through the Factory Paperwork Manager.

Step by step

  1. On the Job Manager, right-click the job and choose Attach Paperwork….
  2. The Factory Paperwork Manager opens for that job, with three tabs:
    • Production Notes — a message to the floor for the whole job.
    • Task Documents — documents tied to specific tasks.
    • Assembly Sheets — the per-item worksheets and drawings.
  3. On a documents tab, drop a file straight in or browse to it.
  4. Split & Attach takes a multi-page PDF and spreads each page onto the right item automatically — so a merged drawing set lands as the correct sheet against each item.

The per-item sheets attached here are what workers open with View Item Paperwork on the floor.
