End of day, or after a busy run, to catch up time that wasn’t claimed in the moment.

Step by step

Bulk Claim (toolbar button) — 1. Live ▶ start/stop is for clocking on as you work. Bulk Claim is the opposite — enter time after the fact across several tasks at once.

Bulk Claim (toolbar button) — 2. Bulk Claim switches the board into bulk-entry mode (the button turns to Bulk Claim ✕ to exit).

Bulk-entry task columns — tick tasks and split minutes — 3. Tick the tasks you worked on across the day, split your minutes between them, then submit — recording all the claims at once instead of clocking on and off each one.
